These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ccc66 ("ccc66," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ccc66.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your ccc66 account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text for interpretation purposes. ccc66 may provide translations for convenience only; those translations carry no legal weight over the English original.

To open and maintain a ccc66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious violation of this Agreement and Philippine law.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines or your country of residence, whichever is more restrictive.
• Jurisdiction: You must ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation on the Platform is lawful in your location. ccc66 makes no representations regarding legality outside the Philippines.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the ccc66 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.
• Accuracy of information: All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — must be accurate, complete, and current. ccc66 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.

ccc66 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Your ccc66 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity carried out by a person to whom you have disclosed your login credentials.

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your ccc66 password. ccc66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ccc66 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

ccc66 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

ccc66 may suspend or close any account at its discretion if it determines that a User has breached this Agreement, provided false information, or if continued account operation poses a legal or compliance risk to ccc66.

All monetary transactions on the ccc66 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ccc66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
• Banco de Oro (BDO)
• Metrobank

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ccc66 account wallet as soon as the corresponding transaction is confirmed by your payment provider. Most GCash and PayMaya deposits reflect within 60 seconds. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is technically not possible, in which case an alternative method may be used at ccc66's discretion. ccc66 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days; actual receipt times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider.

Fees: ccc66 does not charge a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, GCash, or PayMaya account may apply their own service charges over which ccc66 has no control.

ccc66 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and VIP incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that reach expiry without meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified in each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one (1) active bonus may be held in a ccc66 account at any given time.
• Abuse: ccc66 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of a technical error.

ccc66 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing commitments to players who have already accepted a specific promotional offer.

All games available on the ccc66 Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, video poker titles, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained professionals. ccc66 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer. In the event of a disconnect during a live game round, the system will attempt to reconnect. If reconnection fails, the round outcome will be determined by the system record at the point of disconnection. ccc66 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet or device failure.

Sports betting markets on ccc66 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football — are governed by the specific rules of each sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during critical moments in a match.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the system record, the system record shall be deemed authoritative.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ccc66 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal proceeds of crime
• Attempting to access another player's account or personal data
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward ccc66 staff or other players
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Reselling, sharing, or transferring account credits or winnings to third parties

All content on the ccc66 Platform — including but not limited to the ccc66 brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ccc66 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ccc66.

ccc66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ccc66 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

ccc66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits configurable in account settings
• Session time reminders: Notifications after a specified duration of play
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount a player may lose within a defined period
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform
• Reality checks: On-screen prompts summarising time played and net session result

• Interrupted or unavailable Platform access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Any action taken by ccc66 in good faith reliance on information you provided
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures

In all cases, ccc66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your ccc66 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any outstanding genuine balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

ccc66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached this Agreement. In cases of breach, ccc66 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or its breach, shall first be submitted to ccc66 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

ccc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, ccc66 will publish the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, close your account before the change takes effect.
